RIS Mathura is affiliated to ‘Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)’ a widely recognised and highly regarded school board in the country following the 10+2 patterns of education. But for us at RIS Mathura, we provide an effective framework for education through a relevant, broad and balanced, rigorously-taught and monitored curriculum. We place great importance on educating the ‘whole child’ at their individual level of ability and potential to ensure a happy learner.
                          - Through a holistic approach towards learning we aim to provide our students with -
- Requisite knowledge and skill that every child has a right to learn.
- Conducive learning environment which not only enhances their learning in a balanced way but also challenges
them and meets their diverse needs.
- High level thinking order skills which will help them tackle many of the moral, social and cultural issues which
are a part of growing up.
- An interactive environment that helps to build the bond between peers and teachers and school and parents.
- Summative and formative assessments and continuous feedback for improvisation in the learning process.

The technology age has made its way into our classrooms as well. It’s the time where students relate more to computers and laptops than to textbooks. A student who is not familiar with the use of computer is almost handicapped in today’s age. Our school has well equipped computer lab with 24-hrs internet connectivity under its roof. All branded computers are supported by software programs such as Ms-office, Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop along with programming language like C, C++ etc.

Co-Curricular Activities

School today is no longer confined to classroom instructions alone. We believe that school is much more than academic lessons and qualifications. Many of the most important lessons are those which student leave as part of team games, cross fertilizations of ideas, competitions and collaborative work. To pave the way for such non-cognitive learning we organize a variety of competitions and cultural events which also support formal learning. A sense of belonging and loyalty are promoted in the students by dividing into four different houses namely; Gandhi, Subhash, Nehru and Shastri. Interclass/house competitions such as debate, recitation, art and craft etc. provide learning experiences which enrich the educational and social development of students. Morning assemblies arranged class-wise on rotational basis is a forum for students to address a large audience and express themselves. Every student is encouraged to participate indiscriminately with the intention of nurturing and developing inner talents. Conducting activity clubs weekly allows the learners to pursue any interest of their choice. It provides the students with an opportunity to be a part of a broad spectrum of activities which promote the development of a ‘complete being’. Some of the clubs are :-  1. Yoga    2.Judo   3.Skating   4. Horse Riding 5. Abacus Training   6.Dance (Kathak)    7. Instrumental Music (Casio) 8. Vocal Music   9. Art/Craft 10. Scientific Exploration 11. Literary Activities
-Activities in Pre-Primary Section related to-
A.Sensory Education- Recognize sounds, texture etc.

Message from Managing Director

Education is amore about application of knowledge than mere gathering the information. Our children need to be armed with the power of distinguishing between the right and wrong, with the ability to demarcate knowledge attained and wisdom gained, through education. The rigorous international academic programme, wide array of sporting and non-sporting co-curricular options, outward bound activity, coupled with a worthwhile boarding experience, provides ample opportunity for students to acquire essential leadership skills.

We value decorum, courtesy, self-discipline and honesty because the world values these virtues as strengths that will help students rise above the pack and achieve respect in their chosen fields. We believe that children should be encouraged to aim high and guided to do their best in everything they do. While focusing on their areas on interest, every learning experience should help them explore new possibilities and new ways. We will foster global mindedness through interactions with organizations, institutions and universities around the world. We nurture the talent in each child so as to develop them as confident communicators.

Parents aspire to provide the best of learning opportunities to their children with a firm foundation in knowledge, skills and values. Parents, therefore, integral to the realization of our goals, and their overwhelming trust in what we do have always been a great inspiration. We look forward to build a culture of excellence and embodiment of values.

We welcome you to Rajiv International School, a world of learning in enjoyable ways, a world where every child is guided and stimulated to grow to his/her full potential. I invite parents and students to be a part of the RIS family, sharing common ideas and aspirations through a proven challenging and enriching educational experience for our students.

Manoj Agarwal
Managing Director
Principal Speaks

We offer a curriculum incorporating internationally recognized educational principles and practices. All our programmes provide high academic standards so that your children are prepared for the next stage in their educational careers. At RIS, parents, students, faculty and staff will work together as a community to solve problems within a framework of fairness and shared values.

We strive for high standards, within a dynamic environment, thereby enabling our students to excel in their chosen fields. Lush green lawns, spacious and well ventilated classrooms facilitate both the physical as well as social environment of the school. The number of students i.e. in pre-primary and approximately 40 in higher classes, grants plenty of scope for individual attention to the students. Thus the teachers can nurture each student’s emotional, behavioural and academic needs.
